Ramona Rampage 1159
An All-Girls FRC Team

Who are we?
Ramona Rampage, FRC Team 1159, is an all-girls robotics team for Ramona Convent Secondary School in Alhambra, California. The team was founded in 2002 by our dedicated moderator, Aulikki Flagan. Our team began with a group of six girls working in Mrs. Flagan’s garage. In 2008, the team was able to move from the garage into Ramona’s old science building. Over time, Ramona Rampage has attracted and maintained a large number of members, and has established itself as one of the few veteran all-girl robotics teams dedicated to inspiring girls to pursue careers in STEM. We have been honored to come home with the 2005 and 2013 Judge’s Award; the 2011, 2012, and 2015 Spirit Award; and the 2016 Woodie Flowers Finalist Award. With the help of our mentors, sponsors, supportive family members, and school faculty, Ramona Rampage is a team dedicated to innovation, education, and gracious professionalism. On behalf of our team, we would like to thank all of our supporters for their unwavering loyalty.
